The mining vessel “Ya Toivo” (length overall 149.50 meters), equipped with a sea bed crawler system, launch and recovery system for subsea tool, and full integrated diamond (150 ton/hour) DMS processing plant. The Sample Drill Tool is currently on the “The Explorer”. The system is a free standing seabed drill sampler; its unique feature is its capacity to drill 5 square meter holes in the seabed up to depths of 8 to 11 meters.
